Terms and Conditions for XP 786 — Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

By registering an account on xp 786 (xp786.online), accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and xp 786.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of xp 786 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

You must meet all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account with xp 786:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either applied through xp 786 or through any other gaming operator, that is currently active.
• You must be using your own account and your own funds — you may not place bets or manage an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not have previously had an account on xp 786 that was closed, suspended or terminated due to a breach of these terms.

Each player may hold only one account on xp 786. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching mobile number, CNIC, bank account, device, IP address or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xp 786 will close all but the first registered account and may confiscate balances accumulated across the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process or KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. XP 786 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

All deposits to your xp 786 account must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily or monthly caps. XP 786 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond our control.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawals from xp 786 are processed in PKR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity on your xp 786 account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

XP 786 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has active wagering requirements attached to a bonus or if your account is under review for any reason.

XP 786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, birthday bonuses and event-specific promotions. Each offer will have its own specific terms, including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements and expiry date, stated at the point the offer is presented.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers on xp 786 unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirement first.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• XP 786 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or exploiting technical errors — will forfeit all bonus amounts and may have their account closed.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses per week and credited every Monday. The cashback rate and wager requirement applicable to each tier are published on the VIP Club page and form part of these terms by reference.

All bets placed on xp 786 are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for card games, Aviator, fishing games and sports betting are published within the relevant game lobby and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the xp 786 system and a confirmation message displayed on screen. Bets not confirmed in this manner are void.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless the xp 786 system has made a manifest error in the odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an incorrect price being offered due to a technical fault — xp 786 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where possible, bets will be settled at the correct odds.
• XP 786 sets maximum win limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Any winnings that exceed the displayed limit will be paid at the limit, not above it.
• In-play cricket bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data latency. Bets placed during this window are accepted at the prevailing odds at the point of acceptance, not at the odds displayed at the point of click.
• All sporting event results are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. XP 786 will not re-settle bets based on results overturned after the initial official declaration unless the governing body itself revises the result within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
• The minimum bet amount across all products on xp 786 is Rs 10.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xp 786. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account using any combination of the same identity, contact details, device or payment information.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment instruments to fund your account.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or participating in any form of match manipulation.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through any systematic, coordinated or automated method not intended by the offer design.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not provided for by the official xp 786 interface.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in card games or tournament formats.
• Money laundering: Using xp 786 to transfer, conceal or convert funds of unlawful origin. We are required to report suspicious activity to relevant Pakistani financial authorities.
• Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to xp 786 by any person under the age of 18.

XP 786 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these terms, suspicion of fraud, incomplete or failed identity verification, and abuse of promotional offers.

When an account is closed for reasons not related to a terms breach or fraud, any legitimate cleared balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of any applicable verification requirements. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach, xp 786 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xp 786 support. Requests for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.

XP 786 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with legal obligations. XP 786 does not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at rest.

XP 786 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits have a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.

• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any third-party payment processing delays or failures outside of xp 786's direct control.

In all cases, xp 786's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount of the relevant bet or deposit causing the claim.

XP 786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-screen notification upon next login. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
